If I could give this office zero stars, I would. I called them 15 minutes before my appointment because a major accident was completely backing up traffic. Instead of being honest and rescheduling me, the staff explicitly assured me to come anyway, promising me they "don't turn patients away" in these situations. Based on their word, I fought through traffic and drove 40 minutes to get here. The second I walked through the door, they immediately changed their tune and told me they couldn’t see me. Why make a patient drive nearly an hour under stressful road conditions just to turn them away at the front desk? It is incredibly disrespectful, deceitful, and shows a total lack of empathy or organization. If you value your time and expect a dental office to keep their word, go somewhere else. This place does not care about its patients.

It's been some time since I've been to the dentist so I was curious how it would go. It was a great first experience! Everyone was very friendly and I think we're off to a great collaboration! I learned a lot from the consultation that can be implemented immediately. It was a very comfortable atmosphere.

Excellent service. Everyone is very nice and the doctor is through with explaining wat he sees on ur X-ray. He’s also honest in his professional thoughts of wat he feels is best and the next steps to take in taking care of my teeth. The place is clean and it gives a good vibe. I highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience on my first visit! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor himself was fantastic, professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m actually excited to come back for my deep cleaning! That alone says a lot about how great this place is. I truly felt like I was in great hands the entire time. I would absolutely recommend this dental office to anyone—your grandma, kids, or the whole family. They really go above and beyond!
